What makes your leather different from other brands?

We exclusively use full-grain leather, which is the highest quality grade available. Unlike 'genuine' leather, our hides retain the natural grain and character, ensuring your bag becomes more beautiful over time with a unique patina.

What is the difference between 'Almost Perfect' and Premium items?

Our 'Almost Perfect' collection features items with minor cosmetic character marks or slight color variations. These items are fully functional and durable but offered at a significant discount because they don't meet our strict 'Premium' aesthetic standards.

How should I care for my leather bag?

To keep your leather hydrated and supple, we recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and wipe away moisture immediately with a dry cloth.

How long does shipping take?

Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on Premium items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that 'Almost Perfect' items and personalized goods are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?
