Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure tracked delivery to our workshop.

Package Your Item

Place your unused leather goods securely in their original packaging or a sturdy box to protect the natural finish during transit.

Drop Off & Refund

Take your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
